Meet your expert presenter:
Carol Uden, Consultant, Rogen
Carol Uden consults in the area of “Persuasive Communication” with Rogen Australia, where she coaches people to develop persuasive skills and strategies for high-stakes situations. Highly skilled at implementing communication and action strategies, Carol creates both business and personal success for her clients.
She was on the first committee of the West Australian Chapter of the ATA and for four years developed the Association in Western Australia.
Carol has worked in four countries and three states of Australia. Her background has involved 9 years training in the leadership and communication areas as well as extensive “start-up” operation, and has lead three businesses from start up to multi-million dollar operations. Her experience in people development and strategic business thinking are key to her success. Carol’s experience also extends into managing cultural change due to growth, business acquisitions and mergers.
